Weight: around 1 kg (more than EEE)
OS: XP only (hm, EEE has Linux which lowers the price)
Display: 8.9 and 10" 1024*600 px (more options than EEE first gen)
HDD: 80 GB, 2.5 inch (We would rather see SSD)

MSI officially says that battery life and ergonomy are better than competition, but… I think that EEE will rule this market for quite some time because… The price tag is between $470 and $1.099. (Hey… you can get MacBook for that money…)
