HP iPAQ 510 Voice Messenger has numberpad and is without touchscreen. Also, it’s 2.0" display features great resolution for that size - QVGA. It runs Windows Mobile 6 Standard on top of TI OMAP processor running at 200 MHz which is in our opinion too slow.
Sony mylo is a new type of device, mobile Internet device (MID) which is pushed by Nokia, Sony and Apple. It can access the Web, use as Skype phone over WiFi, acts like a camera and uses great WVGA screen. You can also use it as PMP or PDA (for file management, text editor or IM communicator). To say the least, this new type of device is really on track of something more futuristic than existing iPhone or Nokia Internet Tablet. Can’t wait to see more of platform developement and response from Windows Mobile, since, Sony is quite known for rather developing own media devices than going with the masses.
HP iPaq 110 Classic is latest HP’s traditional handheld (PDA or Pocket PC). This device, although is a iPaq 1945 successor of some sort, features powerful 624 MHz processor, WiFi b/g and Bluetooth
Palm Centro was introduced after Treo 680, and despite of moving to Windows Mobile platform, Palm decided to push another smartphone with own OS. With price of $99 with 2-year contract, Centro was a success.
